  • Order details: products, order history, payment status and communication with us.
  • Bike fit and service data: measurements and preferences you share with us.

3. Why we use it

To process and deliver orders and handle returns (contract); to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); to answer your questions and provide fit and service appointments (contract or legitimate interest); to improve our website (consent or legitimate interest); and to send marketing emails only if you have agreed (consent).

6. Who we share data with

Only with parties needed to serve you: delivery carriers, our web hosting and email providers, accounting and tax advisers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data. If a provider is outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose, for example marketing data until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
