How we prepare, pack and deliver your road bike anywhere in Europe, or hand it over in person in Beverwijk.
Processing times
Every bike is checked, tuned and packed by our mechanics before it leaves Beverwijk. Orders are processed within [1 to 3] working days after we receive your order confirmation, or your bank transfer where that applies. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your bike ships.

Delivery times start from dispatch. Prices include VAT. Remote regions and islands may take longer. Shipping to non-EU countries (including the UK and Switzerland) is available on request and may involve customs duties paid by the buyer.
How your bike arrives
Your bike is fully tuned in our workshop, then partly disassembled so it travels safely in a protective box.
Fully tuned, in the box
Gears indexed, brakes adjusted, wheels trued and tyres inflated before packing. You only attach handlebars, front wheel and pedals.
Simple final assembly
Takes about [30 to 45] minutes with basic tools. Our step-by-step guide is included, and we are happy to help by email.
Pickup: fully assembled
Collect from our workshop and we hand over your bike completely assembled. A bike fit can be booked on the same day.
Local pickup in Beverwijk
Choose “Local pickup” at checkout and we will contact you to schedule a time. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Pickup address: Nieuwe Kade 9, 1948 NJ Beverwijk, by appointment only.
On delivery
Please inspect the box in the presence of the courier. If it is visibly damaged, note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel, and email a photo to info@terra-bikes.com within 48 hours. Carrier damage is always resolved at no cost to you.
